NFT Venture Space has created a governance and operating model that reflects its mandate and objectives and builds on global best practices. The operating model ensures transparency, efficient decision-making, and the ability to evolve.

Under the chairmanship and guidance of Eryk Dominik, the Board is responsible for overseeing NVS’s long-term strategy, investment policy, and performance.

MEET OUR LEADERSHIP 

Eric leads the Portfolio Management & Investment Research team in Active Equities, which is responsible for portfolio construction, risk management, alpha analytics, top-down fundamental research, and investment process & tools.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Joint Honours in Economics & Finance) from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) and a Master of Financial Economics from the  University of Oxford and completed Executive Leadership Program from the University of Oxford in England. He is a also CFA Charterholder.

Abbel is a Managing Director at NVS who leads Strategy, Risk & Operations.

He has 12 years of experience as a portfolio manager and allocator in the hedge fund space, having moved over to the strategy side last year.

He has a BS in Economics from the University of Basel with certificates in International Economics and Economic Theory & Quantitative Methods.

Nicole is passionate about financial education and brings that focus to her work as a Paraplanner. She is completing her Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Financial Planning concentration and plans to pursue a Masters's Degree in Financial Planning as well. Nicole has a professional background in the insurance industry that fine-tuned her attention to detail as well as her compassion which serves well in her role with NFT Venture Space. She enjoys spending time hiking with her two dogs when she isn't studying or reading the latest Financial Planning news. 

Nicole is inspired by her work with people, coaching them to achieve greater contentment in their lives. Nicole provides Blockchain daily insights, advisory services, and tax-efficient retirement strategies.

Alvar is an Investment Banker and Asset Trader. He is an international expert in Financial Risk. He is the Top trader at NFT Venture Space. With over 13 years of experience and insight within the banking and financial services sector, Alvar is a very well-networked business executive who leverages his relationships and expertise to assist in finding technology that improves their operations and helps provide their clients with exceptional trading.

Alvar has been trading professionally since doing his masters. So about 20 years now, first it was stocks in 2002, Then he slowly mastered the art of trading and the cryptocurrency markets in 2010 and 2013 respectively. Trading and moving with trends has been the second-best decision he's ever made, and marrying his wife has been the best. 

Oddly enough he's exclusively made my living from his trading activity and his degree in economics didn't come in handy aside from my fundamental analysis of financial trends.

Wolfe spent 15 years within Lloyds Banking Group, predominantly within the commercial sector. After such a long period within one organization, Wolfe was keen for a new challenge and readily accepted the opportunity to join us as Compliance Manager.

He plays an important role in contributing to the delivery of major projects and supporting NVS objectives internationally across multiple geographies. He supports the International Affairs Strategy & Engagement function, ensuring our international outreach with stakeholders and campaigns take forward its business objectives strategically and coherently.

He helps to identify and secure engagement opportunities to build rapport and open lines of communication with policymakers internationally on policy issues relevant to the business and you’ll identify new market opportunities to support project pipeline building as well as identify reputational risks and ensure that NVS’s international positioning, messaging and policy asks are well aligned with the UK’s functions and are understood by political decision-makers and wider stakeholders.

His combination of experience across risk, compliance, and change delivery makes him ideally positioned to proactively support our business in the changing regulatory landscape.

Johan Leads the Site Engineering Team with all technical administrative tasks.

He works closely with the specifications team and the raw materials team, assisting on key projects and day-to-day tasks, as a Technical Administrator bring solution such as :

• Supervision and Co-ordinating artworks

• Managing artwork Invoices and raising POs

• Completing ad hoc data requests from customers and internal stakeholders

• Completing data requests for key projects

• Updating intake specs when changes are needed

• Ad -hoc spreadsheets for the specifications team and raw materials team

• Development opportunity: to learn to write specs and check artwork and become a specifications technologist. 

Baez is our lead blockchain developer who is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. His primary responsibility will be analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around our business model, and building our blockchain network.

He oversees:

* Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies

* Brainstorming  and helping evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve

* Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic

* He’s involved in the global blockchain community—works on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals

* Documenting new solutions as well as maintaining existing ones. 

DENNIS brings his vast expertise in estate planning to his work with clients. Dennis is a practicing lawyer since 1987, after receiving his Juris Doctor degree (JD) from Creighton University School of Law. His further experience as an entrepreneur, writer, educator and has made him an invaluable asset to NFT Venture Space.
